The former World Boxing Association featherweight champion Jonathan "Yoni" Barros crushed Cid Bispo Ribeiro in the first round of their fight for the Latino featherweight title of the International Boxing Federation (IBF) in the main event of a card being held at Estadio F.A.B. in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ribeiro hit the deck twice in the round. Barros' record moves up to 37-4-1 with 21 knockouts and gets his third victory in a row since getting knocked out by Mikey Garcia. Ribeiro drops down to 13-4, 9KOs.
