Unbeaten junior middleweight John Vera will square off against Daniel Cruz this Saturday night, Roy Jones Jr. matchmaker Guy Taylor told BoxingScene.com.

The 10 round bout will take place at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino in Chandler, Arizona.

Vera (16-0, with 10 knockouts) has emerged as one of the top prospects at 154 pounds.

The Fort Worth, Texas resident had to grind out a split decision victory over Salim Larbi in his last bout on Jan. 27. The loss snapped a string of three consecutive knockout victories.

Vera, who will be defending a regional title on Saturday night, is ranked number seven by the WBA.

The hard-hitting Cruz (11-2, with 10 KOs) was riding a three-fight winning streak until losing an eight round split decision to Norberto Gonzalez on Nov. 18 in Las Vegas.

Cruz will be fighting for the fifth consecutive time in the U.S. after having fought in his native Puerto Rico, Mexico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Former world titleholder Rico Ramos faces Juan Antonio Lopez in a 10 round junior featherweight bout.

Ramos (27-5, with 13 KOs) won a 10 round unanimous decision over Erik Ruiz in his last bout on Mar. 11. The 30-year-old Ramos, who resides in the Los Angeles area, has won four of his last five bouts.

Ramos, who is ranked number 10 by the WBA, won the WBA junior featherweight title six years ago, rallying to knock out Akifumi Shimoda in round seven. He would lose the world title in his next bout to Guillermo Rigondeaux.

Lopez (12-2, with 4 KOs) is 2-2 in his last four bouts, with both losses coming to Oscar Cantu and Stephon Young. The Dallas resident did pull off an upset on May 21 of last year, knocking out unbeaten prospect Jerren Cochran in the second round.

Also fighting on the Roy Jones Jr. Promotions card will be fringe welterweight contender Abel Ramos. The 26-year-old Ramos will square off against Emmanuel Robles in an eight round bout.

In his last bout on Feb. 10, Ramos suffered two knockdowns en route to losing a unanimous decision to Ivan Baranshyk in a fight that is a candidate for 'Fight of the Year.' Robles (15-2-1, with 5 KOs) has lost his last two bouts.

In a clash of unbeaten bantamweights, 19-year-old Max Ornelas (8-0-1, with 3 KOs) faces Leopoldo Martinez (6-0-1, with 3 KOs) in an eight round bout. The fight is a rematch from their Apr. 15 clash, which ended in a technical draw in round two when an accidental clash of heads opened a cut over Martinez's eye.

Hard-hitting Randy Moreno (8-1, with 7 KOs) squares off against Ivan de la Madrid (3-1) in a six round lightweight bout.

The fight card will air live on Roy Jones Jr. Promotions' Facebook page, beginning at 9 p.m. ET/ 6 p.m. PT.

"Roy and I have always felt that live-streaming would take the place of the old platforms of delivering fights," said Keith Veltre, CEO and Co-Founder of Roy Jones Jr. Boxing Promotions. "To partner up with Linacre Media and showcase our talent live with Facebook is years ahead of anyone else in the industry. This will give us the ability to reach millions of boxing fans around the world."
