Washington - In a battle for the IBF interim-welterweight title, Jaron Ennis (30-0, 27 KOs) was forced to go the distance, wining a lopsided twelve round unanimous decision over a defense-minded Karen Chukhadzhian (21-2, 11 KOs).

All three judges saw it 120-108.

With the victory, Ennis is now in line for a mandatory crack at IBF, WBA, WBC welterweight champion Errol Spence, who is currently recovering from a car accident.
