Over the past few weeks, BJ Flores has repeatedly stated that Jake Paul would not only beat Nate Robinson but knock him out.

That is exactly what happened last month on the Mike Tyson-Roy Jones Jr. pay-per-view undercard.  Paul brutally knocked out Robinson in the 2nd round of their cruiserweight bout.

The fight came to fruition when the former NBA star called out Paul.  This was the first professional bout for Robinson and while Paul only has 2 professional fights, the difference in their level of experience is massive.  The Youtube star has been training boxing almost non-stop for the past year and it showed when they met in the ring.

"We wish Nate the best. He is a great competitor and athlete but you have to be careful what you ask for. Remember, Nate was the one that called out Jake. He called him soft and said that he wasn't a real athlete and was fighting bums," Flores told BoxingScene.com.

Flores wants to see Paul take on a tougher opponent in his next ring appearance.  He wants to see the 23-year-old go more rounds to help him gain more experience.

"Nate was awkward like we knew he would be. Jake settled down and got his distance and landed the KO shot. People don’t realize Jake can really punch. Nobody even got to see the technical side last night . Jake has a lot more tools in the bag. I want him in there with a real MMA fighter next . These other influencers/trained pro athletes don’t stand a chance," opined Flores.

After the fight Paul spoke about his burgeoning music career and other projects that he has in the works.  Even though he is involved in several endeavors, Paul takes his training very seriously.

Flores believes that his combination of star power and work ethic will take him far in the sport.

"Jake 100% moves the needle. I told everybody in the beginning he’s gonna be a superstar in boxing because of the POWER he has to generate excitement .  Jake has the X factor and you can’t teach it. Jake is a true entertainer. His music, boxing, etc. He is very talented and a hard working young man. I'm very proud of him," said Flores.
