BoxingScene.com has been advised that Premier Boxing Champions has finalized a Spike TV televised card for September 9th at the Santander Arena in Reading Pennsylvania. The venue seats around 7,100 fans.

In the main event, a rematch between WBA 'regular' middleweight champion Daniel Jacobs (31-1, 28KOs) and former 154-pound belholder Sergio Mora.

They fought each other last August in a fire-fight that last two rounds at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

They traded knockdowns in the first round, with Mora (28-4-2, 9KOs) going down again in the second and suffering a severe ankle injury in the process. Mora was unable to continue and Jacobs was deemed the victor by TKO.

Jacobs fought again last December when he stopped Peter Quillin in one short round, also at Barclays.

In the co-feature, a hot lightweight world title fight between two undefeated contenders, when Robert Easter (17-0, 14KOs) faces Richard Commey (24-0, 22KOs) for the vacant IBF crown, which was vacated by Rances Barthelemy who moved up in weight. The fight will be the toughest test for both boxers and 50-50 on paper in terms of the winner.

Also on the card, local fan favorite Travis Kauffman (30-1, 22KOs) returns for the first time since last December's no-decision with Chris Arreola.

Many felt Kauffman had done enough to squeeze out a win, but Arreola got a twelve round majority decision win. The outcome was changed to a no-decision after Arreola failed a post-fight drug test.
