Uzbekistan is just hours away from its second huge boxing event of 2021. Matchroom Boxing will unify its efforts with Russia's big promoter World of Boxing to showcase Uzbekistan’s brightest talent within one event, which is about to take place at the Renaissance Hall in Tashkent, Uzbekistan’s capital.

The main event is the WBA 154lb eliminator between rapidly rising WBA #2 light middleweight Israil “The Dream” Madrimov (7-0, 5 KOs) and his French counterpart Michel Soro (35-2-1, 24 KOs), a long-time contender, who is 5-0, 4 KOs, since losing on a split nod to Brain Carlos Castano in 2017, and who is presently rated #1 by the WBA.

Today, both Madrimov and Soro have successful made the limit during the official weigh-in. The six remaining pairs hit the scales as well:
