There are circulating rumors that light heavyweight contender Ismayl Sillakh (19-1, 15KOs) is very interested in joining the ranks of K2 Promotions, the promotional banner of Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko. Gennady Golovkin, Ola Afolabi, Johnathan Banks and dozens of others are under the K2 banner.

Sillakh was promoted by Roy Jones' Square Ring, but tells reporters that his contract is now done. He also broke ties not long ago with longtime manager Ivaylo Gotzev.

Sillakh is scheduled to return on June 28th in Montebello, California. The boxer is trying to rebuild after last April's shocking TKO defeat to Denis Grachev. He won two in a row since suffering his first pro defeta.
