Promoter Frank Warren has a big heavyweight showdown lined up for this coming Saturday night, for the British title at the O2 Arena in London.

Both of the undefeated fighters are handled by Warren, who expects big things from both boxers in the future - regardless of the outcome.

The winner will be on the fast track to securing a major opportunity in the following year.

For several years, Anthony Joshua was viewed as the top heavyweight from the UK. That is no longer the case.

Last month at Madison Square Garden in New York City, Joshua suffered his first career defeat when he was stopped by Andy Ruiz in the seventh round of a massive upset.

Joshua has already exercised a rematch clause, with a second fight with Ruiz being lined up for November or December.

Warren believes that either Dubois or Gorman would topple Joshua if they met in the ring.

He believes Gorman has a similar fighting style to Ruiz, and it's long been claimed that Dubois knocked out Joshua during a sparring session several years ago.

"I really do think the winner would beat Joshua. We see how he struggles with fast hands, small men – that is Gorman – and Dubois has already knocked him out in sparring with big gloves on at 18 years of age," Warren told The Mirror.

"They are two exceptional young talents. They both have the desire that they will move on and do great things."
