Why is this an interim title fight? Something happened to Spence again?? Or another ploy from the IBF to recieve a sanctioning fee?

Custio Clayton looks a full weight class bigger.

his resume is pretty weak however.

I thought Lipinets was very strong at 140.
At 147 here he looks small and weak.

Lipinets had good power at 140, but is a bit one dimensional...although I believe he's still (late) developing.

Don't know the other boxer...never heard of him.

Spence has to fight the winner next in like 3-4 months after his fight with Garcia or get stripped. The IBF doesn't **** around.

Spence must fight the winner or if he don't the interim champion is the new IBF champion

No dumbass I'm not new. Since you seem to be the clueless one.. An Interim champ is when the actual champion is injured or in a situation where he can't defend the title for a while. Spence is still active so no Interim is necessary. If anything the fight should be for the mandatory spot. Just IBF's way of being slick and getting and extra sanctioning fee.
