This will be Taylor’s first fight since signing with MTK Global and Top Rank earlier this year.

Promoted by Frank Warren’s Queensberry Promotions and Top Rank, “The Tartan Tornado” will make his first appearance in the ring since his triumph in the World Boxing Super Series in London, where he defeated the previously unbeaten Regis Prograis to add the American's WBA title to his own IBF version, while also claiming the WBSS trophy and the coveted Ring Magazine belt.

Taylor (16-0, 12 KOs) became world champion during the series when he defeated the then-unbeaten Ivan Baranchyk via unanimous decision in Glasgow, Scotland.

Khongsong (16-0, 13 KOs), from Bangkok, worked his way into mandatory position by winning the IBF Pan Pacific and IBF Asia titles. Josh Taylor has a ass-whooping of epic proportion coming. The 'Tart-Tomato' has crossed the line on his ongoing unruly bigotry, from mocking Khonsong's oriental heritage in a Bruce Lee parody video earlier in the week, to the weigh-in yesterday ; where Taylor sports a 'V for vendetta' face-mask to mock current civil unrest in Thailand and scorn Apinun Khongsong.

Why else would this clown do all these things? I hope this intolerant scumbag is left stiff for the world to laugh at him!

Card is on now (undercards). Not sure about the main event. Maybe another 2 or 3 hours?

Ben Davison is training Taylor now? Is this their first fight together? or did I just not notice him during the WBSS?

He’s been training him since earlier this year but this is their first fight together.

Taylor split with McGuigan because of business problems with McGuigan’s promotion company, same as Carl Frampton had. Barry McGuigan apparently ripping off fighters. That’s why Taylor signed with top rank earlier this year and switched trainers
