When Conlan finally runs into championship caliber opposition he had better have an excellent jab and footwork because he sure won’t hurt them at all

Exactly! Steve Grey must have a hard on for Conlan or hates the Irish or something. It was inexplicable how he took 2 points away when there were what maybe 2 or three borderline blows the entire fight. You knew it was BS and the Frenchman was just playing it up when after Conlan was deducted a point, he landed another clean body shot, Takoucht bent over and looked at the ref, who didn't react, and he immediately sprung back up to his fighting stance with no apparent ill effects from the body shot that made him act like he got hit in the jewels. Steve Grey is a clown. He's on his way to becoming the next Terry O'Connor who shouldn't even be allowed to judge a fight anymore let alone ref.
