        The towel throw was correct

It was interesting. I understood each’s reasoning. Mark made the right choice throwing in the towel, if he saw Wilder’s movement not right, perhaps ear blood indicating equilibrium issues it would be a matter of time and more damage by fury. Us fans recognize wilder’s limited boxing skills aside from the right hand, but i wonder if the trainers do. Why there’s limited improvement in those areas? Quick leg movement sideways as well as back and balanced to counter rather than that falling away from an attack with stiff giraffe gaits to keep the body upright. Failing outward arms defense without parrying purposes, which opened wilder to the body attack. Wilder can’t fight on his back foot, which was key to fury’s win. Smart move fury. Now, can wilder correct his shortcomings by first recognizing what he lacks, can the trainer teach defense and movement?

Wilder anger at Mark comes from the fact that PBC gave him an ultimatum during the rematch win or you're finished. The third fight is now fight and win or go retire.

Jay Deas is on the Tekashi69 level of ratduggery. Was perfectly willing to throw Mark Breland under the bus to save his own hide. Breland done the right thing, the fact nobody else had his back in Wilder's corner shows you there is indeed a lot of deadwood there whice needs to go. Too many "Yes!" men in the camp, seems a common thing with PBC fighters.

W1LL a history lesson for you, there once was a young prospect named Ronald Mixon on the amateur circuit. Ronald developed into a real killer knocking out his opponent and in his wildest dreams got signed by PBC and the Watson family. Now the ticker was though Ronald had flaws he was good at ending fights, but the right opponent could end his night. So on Ronald first or second fight with PBC he gets a fight against Carlos Gongora and loses by TKO. PBC drops Ronald like a bad habit and goes on to have two more fight and then becomes inactive for three years. Wilder and Deas understood that any loss could get them drop least of all a KO, TKO or decision but the corner quitting is almost as bad as Wilder quitting. Now his contract means he gets a chance to show the world he has something to prove. To Finkle and Haymon it means the potential end to their time in the Deontay Wilder business.
