Hughie is starting to show wear. That left eyebrow looks puffy and tender. It won't take much to get the claret flowing.

For what it's worth, if Povetkin comes in solid, in good shape... IMO he stops Hughie by the late rounds. Still think Povetkin has something in the tank. Maybe not the very top level of elites, but close.

Povetkin is a top 5 fighter ,6 at worst until proven otherwise.

Hughie shouldn't be in anyones top 10 right now. No win suggests that. Povetkin has been in with much more top guys win or lose and is a true knockout puncher, Fury will need a Povetkin off his game a bit which is why Peter is taking a gamble again to inactive older guy.

Kinda sad they have nothing in this article about Hughie vs Povetkin. Why the write up on a totally different fight? As if we have not digested enough about Loma from the media coverage. I don't even know what date the 2 are fighting.
Also, POV looks fatter. He can still hang, but his chin is not there any more. Last fight he out boxed AJ for the first 4 rounds and wilted like a wax candle on hot pavement from just a few blows.
