  • Comments Thread For: Frank Warren To Have Serious Conversation With Yarde, Coach

Frank Warren wants to have a "proper grown-up conversation" with Anthony Yarde and his trainer Tunde Ajayi in the wake of Yarde's defeat to Sergey Kovalev in Russia at the weekend. Yarde was knocked out in the 11th round in his attempt to claim the WBO light-heavyweight title in Chelyabinsk, having looked on the verge of victory in the eighth round.

And no wonder, by the 11th round he was exhausted. He punched himself out in the 8th round.

Yarde is close to Tunde but he needs a better trainer. This no sparring stuff is silly.

Remember that nowadays if a fighter doesn't dominate every minute of every rd its considered"almost getting beat" or "exposed" etc.etc.by reporters who act as if 2 top guys having a remotely competitive fight is somehow a knock against the fighter who wins,as according to them its better to ko bums easily than getting a close win vs a young UD lion or top opponent.

They're paying no attention to the facts such as that kov dominated Yarde almost every rd,& to top it off Yarde tho inexperienced was the farthest thing from a bum,hes easily B level & has power,he just lacked conditioning due to stupid training method of no sparring. Its ironic that the same ppl who say Fury dominated Wilder are the ones who hate on certain fighters wins despite countless ppl choosing Yarde to win & it being a pickem fight,or the fact that kov dominated a young lion who was undefeated with basically all kos.

The minute Canelo selects an opponent whom he was never thought brave enough to fight, these media shills instantly start sharpening the knives to act like they're old/washed up/bums etc.,these are the same writers who lick lomas arse for beating horribly overmatched bloodbags that are like 100-1 dogs such as brain trauma victim crolla, tiny no hoper marriaga,& old tiny cashout version of rigo, same goes for Crawford

"Tunde, young Anthony can handle it. In order for him to power up he needs -it-. Yes, it's time to initiate...System10."

Take him to Kronk's! Very international team combined with good old fashioned American "Ghetto" Boxing Gym! It worked for Klitschko and Lennox! If not Kronk's, I say go with Breadman in Philly! Bread is not loaded up with fighters, and he's done great with J-Rock! SPARRING IS NECESSARY especially for a fighter with little amateur experience!

Tf you onabout , I would consider a few punches from stopping him or one round away from buddy pulling him out as on the verge of victory. Stop splitting hairs like a c*nt
