Boxing writers who have never gotten punched in the head for a living.

These guys put their lives on the line for our entertainment, if they want that SA money, who cares, as long as we get the fight.

I was thinking the same thing, if given the opportunity to make life changing money in one night, why shouldn't they? As you rightly say, boxers have a limited career, not everyone is a Pacquiao that can fight wars into their 40s,and even then he may pay the price later on in his life.
They're not politicians, so people need to stop with all the BS politics. The fact is, most countries have bloody hands, but some countries just have better PR.
SA may not have a history boxing, but this fight could well be remembered for a long time to come and create a legacy for them. Maybe the big money may help to make the big fights we all like to see. That's something I'd be happy to accept (bring on GGG vs Canelo 3, Spence vs Crawford, Joshua vs Wilder/Ruiz....)

Andy cant whn he is in the ring. The US currently has a travel warning fr Americans going to Saudi Arabia. who in their right mind would even risk their life going there?

Isn’t their an amnesty international warning for tourists travelling to America due to gun and shootings? Am pretty sure Saudi Arabia and America are on the same level of threat currently. I could be wrong...

I got shot at for a living, for a lot less money. People die in the street hungry, homeless, early, broke, so no, my heart wont bleed so easy. I'm still glad these two are getting paid, the up side is, they're getting some of our money back from SA.

Youre right. Maybe he should paint over that with a permanent marker. Hearn is the devil.

How about all the WWE wrestlers that have been there for the past 5 years to do a PPV and said they got treat with nothing but kindness and respect?
