Bollocks. I was really quite looking forward to that one.

Ain't 100% from the story but it kinda sounds like (or Titov makes it sound like) the delay was at the French end. Tough call though, Soro's a serious dude and not the kinda guy you wanna face 10 minutes after you got off the plane, but OTOH good opportunities don't come knocking that often.
