      Ofcourse he has declined. What ever happens it will just mean that the best Welterweight out there is Terrence Crawford and all the PBC fighters know it so will just keep playing around with inhouse fights and avoid the Boogeyman of the division.

          Pacman is just a lightweight and throws less punches. Thurman can easily win by playing touch and go run! But he can be upset if he is over confident and careless.

            Pacman has power. The problem is that when the opponents feel that power, they start to run. Hence, no KO for the Pacman. Those he KO'ed did not respect that power, and they paid for it.
            The biggest respect came from Clottey, he really went into a turtle shell.

                  I think it's very rare that a fighter under middleweight can still perform like Pac at aged 40 usually heavys or light heavy athletes can get away with it which makes pacs run highly unusual.
