Rob Brant managed to enjoy every facet of his first title defense. The middleweight titlist returned to his home state of Minnesota on Friday, scoring an 11th round knockout of previously unbeaten Khasan Baysangurov in front of a sold-out crowd at Grand Casino in Hinckley, Minnesota. The bout marked his 12th career appearance at the venue, but his first both as a defending titlist and in an ESPN-televised main event.

Those come out usually Thursday morning.

And yes, they won't be good. Probably in the range of 1.4-1.5M average and 1.7-1.8M peak. Worst overnight ratings by far, and it was the weakest match up going up against All Star weekend. Recorded the card but haven't watched it yet, and not sure I want to either tbh.

What's interesting is that it was up against the NBA rising stars game and Bellator, yet still did >20% better among the 18-49 age demo than Plant-Uzcategui which was hailed as a massive succes for PBC & FS1 and was heavily promoted during the NFL playoffs.
