  • Comments Thread For: Micki Nielsen Eager To Topple Yves Ngabu For EBU Crown

Micki Nielsen (25-1, 15 KOs) is full of confidence as he prepares to challenge Yves Ngabu (19-0, 14 KOs) for the European Cruiserweight title on Saturday night at the Eventhal Schiervelde in Roeselare, Belgium. Nielsen faces his biggest career test as he attempts to dethrone the undefeated champion in his backyard, but the hard-hitting Copenhagen-native believes he is up to the challenge and ready to bring the EBU belt back to Denmark.

anyone seen any odds for this? imo its a lump job if Nielson is the favourite. No idea who the opponent is, but Nielson has one of the most manufactured records in europe, has the gastank of david price, and is generally a fat slob who has limited boxing skills. dude just got a horibile robbery over some Latvian journeyman in his last fight.

I expect Ngabu to smash Nielsen, then hopefully he defends the title against Ryad Merhy in an all Belgian clash!

then fighting Matty Askin in a couple of months. nice

That's a good fight, I hold the Assassin in high regards, wouldn't mind seeing him get a shot at the European title as well or against a tough old bastard like Diablo Wlodarczyk

Manufactured? Lol. How? Nielsen has some fine wins. Not controversial. Especially his win over Larghetti was good and the fight was excellent.

Just face it, Bat. Ancient Lolenga Mock is Denmark's best boxer.

Oh wait, he's retired. They don't have one now.

Nielsen's not horrible. He is ok.
