Flanagan's tricky, tough and will go out on his shield but he doesn't hit hard enough to be a real danger. I can only see Prograis winning this fight; late stoppage, or wide-ish on points due to a few knock-downs.

Flanagan spent too long fighting no marks at a lower weight. He couldnt hang with Hooker, no way he does anything with Prograis.
