  • Comments Thread For: Jarrell Miller Weighs Career-High 317 Pounds For Adamek Fight

Jarrell Miller has given new meaning to being a heavy favorite. The heavyweight contender weighed in Friday at a career-high 317 pounds, an inordinate 90 pounds more than Tomasz Adamek (227), for their 12-round fight Saturday night in Chicago. The 30-year-old Miller (21-0-1, 18 KOs) weighed roughly 13 pounds more for this bout than his previous appearance, a 12-round, unanimous-decision defeat of France's Johann Duhaupas on April 28 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn (304 pounds).

317? He just keeps getting bigger. He is pretty agile for a big guy but man eventually it will catch up to him.

I’ve just stuck a tenner on Adamek at 10/1 after reading this. Dude will be fùcked after 2 rounds. 20/1 if you fancy Adamek on points.
