  • Comments Thread For: Vanes: B*tch Canelo Ran Whole Fight, Cried He Won, Took Roids!

Vanes Martirosyan took offense to dismissive comments Canelo Alvarez made about him earlier this week. Martirosyan slammed Alvarez in a Tweet he sent out Friday morning in response to Alvarez's criticism during a press conference Tuesday that was streamed live on Facebook. Alvarez essentially said he doesn't put much stock in Gennady Golovkin's second-round knockout of Martirosyan on May 5 because Martirosyan isn't on their level.

A man that fought amir khan for his mw title has no place to critique ggg for fighting vanes on 3 weeks notice. Especially since the only reason that fight happened was because Canelo juiced up for the planned rematch.

He didn’t go out of his way to criticize he was asked a question and answered vanes is just a salty little b*tch because he’s not on the same level as GGG and Canelo.

Ggg fans about to spin the truth. Vanes was a weak opponent. The guy literally showed up to get knocked out and collect a paycheck. He was not even deserving of a title shot. Career JMW coming off consecutive losses and 2 year hiatus.

Vanes lost 3 out of his last 4. And the 1 win was a MD against Ishe Smith. Vanes was chosen because Pednelo cheated AND GGG didnt want to fight Sergiy for a measly $1 million. Not enough $$$ for that work so he dropped the belt.

GGG businessman over better fights. Ward already told us this years ago.

Actually almost 4 consecutive loses. But a MD gave him a win

10 loss Ishe Smith almost beat him.

He was a replacment opponent vecause canelo pulled out of the fight, they had to find someone quick who was available on short notice...ofc he didnt deserve it, but thats not the point here

Sergiy was willing and ready. Even willing to fight for Vanes $. It was GGG who didnt want it. He specifically said he needed more than $1,000,000 for that work. Andrade threw his hat in the ring also.

Why do you guys always GGG passes??? You guys had ZERO problems with him picking Vanes. In fact most of you ENCOURAGED it.
