Two-division WBA world champion Beibut Shumenov's ring return following a two-year hiatus will be screened live and exclusive on BoxNation. The 2004 Kazakhstan Olympian retired last June due to an eye injury that required surgery, forcing him to relinquish his WBA cruiserweight world title, but now he feels ready to claim yet another belt when he faces German born Hizni Altunkaya on July 7th.

I can't knock his hustle. He looked back against Hopkins tho.

Possibly the biggest fraud of the past decade in boxing, and that is saying a lot in this sport. He is a “two-time champion” who never legitimately beat a champion or anyone in the top 20 of any division.

His opponent Altunkaya is a bum who didn’t win a second of his only legitimate fight against Glowacki before getting KO’d in the 5th. Bumfight, which is typical of Shumenov

Damn, this fight is for the WBA "regular" title? Shumenov hasn't fought in over 2 years and Altunkaya just got molested by Glowacki. How is that even possible?

WBA's about to have 4 champions at cruiserweight:
          Super - Gassiev
          Regular - Shumenov/Altunkaya winner
          Interim - Goulamirian
          In recess - Lebedev

From 1 champ per division to 4.
