LAS VEGAS - Filipino fan favorite and top featherweight contender Genesis "Kashimi" Servania has agreed to a multi-year promotional agreement with Top Rank, Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum announced today. Servania (30-1, 13 KOs) opened the collective eyes of the boxing world in his American debut last September in Tucson, Arizona, when he challenged World Boxing Organization (WBO) featherweight champion, Oscar Valdez. In one of the best fights of 2017, Servania knocked down Valdez in the fourth round but ultimately lost a unanimous decision.

Top Rank on Espn is taking over boxing. A fighter would have to be really stupid to want to fight on Hbo or Showtime who only get 1/3 of the audience that Espn does. Not only that but Haymon squandered a billion dollars so Pbc fighters are only fighting once or twice a year while Top Rank fighters 2-4 times a year, 3 would probably be the average. So not only are they getting much bigger media coverage but they are also getting paid much more and actually have a chance to fight on Ppv which Crawford Horn Pacquiao Alvarado and Magladeno will be here in April. Loma will most likely be fighting on Ppv here soon. Golden Boy hasnt been a real factor since Haymon jacked all their fighters, with the exception of Canelo who basically makes all of their money. Why do you think Linares is begging to fight Loma on Espn? Because hes getting 5x his biggest payday on a much bigger platform. Instead of thanking Arum you cry babies sit here abd b*tch and moan about him when hes the best promoter in the sport and has been for 50 years.
