Not that it's massively relevant to the outcome but Avni performed oral surgery on the only guy to ever stop Periban.

Periban's shown himself to be fairly solid but ultimately not much more than a gatekeeper and Yildrim is as yet unproven, but if he blasts out the Mexican it'll show he's ready to start playing with the big boys.
