Back in 2013, Adonis Stevenson knocked out Chad Dawson in the first round to capture the WBC light heavyweight world title. Dawson (34-4, 19 KOs) has not been impressed with Stevenson's reign as champion. Dawson explained that during his own reign he always fought the best available opponents and Stevenson is doing the complete opposite. it's even more than that..the ppl who were man enought o face chad with fair deals...have not been man enough to do it with stevenson..BHOP RAN TO HBO after stevenson already had signed a contract that gave showtime power of opponent and they wanted wanted Bhop..showtime didnt blame stevenson 1 bit...

also pascal..fought chad once..robbed him late imo..hometown BS cheat....then pascal refused to fight him again so who tf can chad support that guy when he knows he's hard af to negotiate with and he was being just as difficult with stevenson..

I don't even understand why the WBC is so lacklustre when it comes to mandatories.... has Stevenson faced a mandatory since he won the belt?? ..... that's 3+ years of voluntary defenses, many of which were subpar opponents.
