Gomez is just lagging around. Crazy that a few years ago promoters fought for him

Well its not really crazy when you think about it. You can see the legitimate talent he has, its everything else about him thats the problem.

tbh I would have thought Roach would have dropped him by now, talent or no talent

Frankie Gomez must really drive both Freddie and Oscar to madness.

This guy has so much talent yet seems to only give a half a$$ effort most of the time.

He dominated Herrera like no other fighter has done yet instead of capitalizing on it he's blowing opportunities still.

He should have been on the Canelo undercard yet he wasn't in shape.

For Oscar he has two junior welterweight/welterweight contenders who are ready for the next step in Antonio Orozco and Frankie. One has more talent by far while the other has more heart and cares about his career. If your Oscar who do you put more time in getting a championship opportunity that you need for your promotion?

Did you see how easily Frankie busted up and embarrassed Herrera? The same Herrera who was robbed after he made Danny Garcia look bad. That's why. The kid has all the talent and skills to be an elite fighter. The problem is he's a knucklehead with p iss poor work ethic. Running the streets, blowing off training, not giving a damn about dieting to make weight. If anyone could just lock him up in the gym he would be fighting more regularly and a world champ already. Hopefully the light bulb goes off in his head before it's too late before he squanders all his opportunities.

Some people won't get it until they look back and it's to late! So sad to see someone with so much talent and potential not give it a 100% effort!
