Perez was lucky to get out of the Petrov fight, Petrov would've tore Perez a new one.

Good Night of Fights. I think it's time for Michael Perez to fight a quality junior welterweight like Antonio Orzoco or Frankie Gomez next. He obviously has the skills but it's time to test his metal. Hopefully he recovers it a decent time from those cuts.

Chimpa Gonazlez is continuing to impress. He is headed in the right direction. He is improving by fight and he's starting to have a good following.

Negerte is improving. However he his power is limited so he's going to have to continue to pile up wins on out boxing and out working his opponents. He will probably be ready for a regional title shot by the end of the year.

Delgado and Germajo are improving. But both guys are still very raw and green. Will probably be a fixture on this series for the next 2 years before there ready for the fringe contenders of the division. But they both have upside

Last Rocha had a hell of a debut. This 18 year has a bright future. He's a very big welterweight and has a very solid foundation. I look forward to seeing his career build from the ground up.

Perez has something missing, power for sure and he's going to be second tier I fear for good.

More CRAP from Golden Crap! And another prospect, some guy named Chimp going against a hapless, helpless setup in a guy with 12 losses and lost 8 of his last 9 fights. And other prospects against pathetic excuses for opponents. That sht has gotten old fast! Anyone who thinks this was a "good night of fights" needs their fuking head examined. Golden Crap is frightened to death of putting their prospects against anything with pulse!

Here we go with your hate again and your same comments again. For he record their where 2 bouts featuring unbeaten prospects on both sides but clearly you missed that. This series is about developing prospects so they can move up the rankings and develop their skills the right way.

Perfect example look at how they developed a guy like Jo Jo Diaz now look at him he has a fight with Jason Velez as the co main event on the undercard of Ward vs Barrera.

So again their are different ways to develop prospects whether it be fighting against former titleholders, former contenders, or fighting unbeaten prospects.

Unbeaten prospects on both sides? Hardly prospects! They do not put their real prospects in with equal comp and a fuking blind person could see that! "DEVELOPING" prospects is another word for facing hapless, helpless opponents! The way you DEVELOP a fighters is what ShoBox and PBC does, you put the 12-0 or 18-0 fighter in against another 18-0 or 15-1 fighter, YOU DONT PUT TEM IN AGAINST GUYS WHO LOST 8 OUT OF THEIR LAST 9 fights!!!! Even Teddy Atlas knows it does NOTHING to build a fighter to put him in with a guy who hasn't won a fight in years!! And it does NOTHING for televised boxing and for fans if you automatically know who is going to win EVERY TIME! It is supposed to be a MATCH! Not a blatant MISSMATCH of epic portions!! Get it? Got it? GOOD!!

So both Negerte and Gramajo both face unbeaten fighters yet they those opponents weren't with Golden Boy so that shouldn't count?

Not all prospects are on equal levels skill wise. It takes time for young fighters to develop. Not all guys have high amateur pedigrees are going to be face tracked to the top. That is what these series are for to guide fighters down the right path and to develop their tools.

What guys has PBC and ShoBox produced that have become major contenders? Most of the PBC champions were developed through Golden Boy.

So again Jo Jo Diaz vs Jayson Velez? Is that not an example of developing prospect? Is this a one sided mismatch?

So were Negrete and Gramajo going against guys who they were not a solid favorite???? I'll answer that...they were 100% expected to win. I'm talking about equal matchups! And you are DEAD WRONG about these series!! These SERIES are for FANBOYS not FANS! FANBOYS only want to watch prospects bowl over HUGE underdogs AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!! 100% predictable outcomes, PERIOD! You could not possibly be more incorrect about PBC and ShowBox fighters being developed through Golden Boy because ShowBox has been on the air for over FIFTEEN years and the fighters were developed through a variety of promotional and management teams! And you are also wrong about something else! ShowBox has produced over 42 world champions and over 87 world contenders who fought for titles! So what about Jo Jo Diaz? No one wants to see years of blatant mismatches of his! They need to keep the damn MISMATCHES off of TV! Again, fighters are NOT developed by putting them in mismatches, they are developed by taking off their damn training wheels and hauling their a$$es out of the damn kiddle pool and fighting other EQUAL prospects to see who the real stars and contenders are! All GoldenCrap and TopStink does is build prima donna's who think they are special when then bowl over a guy who has barely won a fight in years!
