Former two-time champion Andre Berto (30-4, 23KOs) says he expected a lot more from Floyd Mayweather Jr. (49-0, 26KOs) when they fought on September 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Mayweather took a few more risks but not many. It was billed as the final fight of his career and he announced his retirement following the match.
Because it was pushed as his last fight, and he was such a massive favorite to win, Berto expected him to go for a knockout as he promised in many of the pre-fight interviews.
