Does Charrs shirt really have pics of him hugging Suilaman and other WBC officials?

Not as confident in the Charr win now looking at Sacsha he is undoubtedly in fine conditioning.

Povetkin looks lean, good to see him in such good shape. Most heavyweights would have taken his payday for fighting wlad and sailed into the sunset, overweight. Hopefully the loss has humbled him and helped him take his profession more serious like he did early in his career.

Solid match-up with all the makings of a good HW scrap. Charr really 'brought it' against Vitali (at times he was hitting the champ at will), so by rights he shouldn't perform any less well than he did back then. Also, considering the amount of times Povetkin has struggled at the top level (against Chagaev, Huck and Wladimir), Charr should take this.

still dont see much talent level in charr besides heart. he did hit vitali with some shots but vitali looked old and slow to me that night. I just dont think charr has the speed or power to trouble povetkin

Aggression is what gives Povetkin trouble. Charr has plenty of it, as did Huck (and we all saw what happened there) and to some extent Chagaev. But you're right, power-wise Charr is certainly no Huck. As such, he'll have to rely on high activity to go with that aforementioned aggression.
