  • Comments Thread For: Bradley: Win Over Pacquiao Slipped Away in Second Half

Timothy Bradley’s quest for redemption against Manny Pacquiao was unsuccessful as he suffered his first professional defeat and lost his world title in the same instance this past April. Bradley has scored a controversial split decision victory over Pacquiao back in 2012 and his rematch last month was supposed to finally prove who the better fighter was; unfortunately that night it wasn’t Bradley.

Exactly a month since the fight, Bradley was on hand at the Juan Manuel Marquez and Mike Alvarado media day and was asked to give his thoughts on his match with Pacquiao now that some time had passed.

Bradley quit being delusional dude. You got schooled. Always got an excuse. Maybe by fighting Marquez you got some of his whining and excuse making skills.

It didn't slip away. You stopped fighting smart, for whatever reason(s), and tried to landone big KO puch when you have no KO power.

Tim is right with his idea that he knew he needed a knockout. Too many "fans" had their feelings hurt over the first decision..Now with a much better and closer fight, they had Pac winning by a landslide?!? Oh well Tim can still move on with his career as he's now being hailed as one of the best

Plus who instructed this guy to go for the knockout ? Really? Dude wasn't a big puncher at 140, much less 147. He can go back and fight Devon, Garcia, Khan , Maidana, etc. He will make good money too.

This guy needs a conditioning coach too. This isn't the mr. Olympia contest. Dude needs to go back to being a boxer / puncher, not just a puncher.

You didn't beat him the first time; didn't beat him the 2nd time.

Timmy fought like a guy that had been promised a third fight. He'll be fed some can for a comeback fight. And fight Pac again in the first half of next year.
