The boxer says there is a verbal agreement between his promoters Mario Arano and Golden Boy Promotions, for a return on a date in April. Lucas (34-3-1, 32 KOs ) put in a tough workout at the Arano Box gym in the city of Junín in Buenos Aires. Coach Luis "Cuty" Barrera put him through a hard training session.

I would bet on Matthysse to beat Garcia on a rematch without hesitating. Happy to see him back on track after hearing some of the retirement rumors. Perhaps the Maidana fight encouraged him to continue.

Lucas fought three times last year. He was unlucky he had a small fracture of his orbital bone. So, he is taking a well deserved rest.
