This kid is going to be a star!! Hopefully he's not ruined for real boxing fans by the nuthuggers who will overrate based on color and country. Good looking kid, great skills, hopefully he pans out and does great for himself!

We are truly blessed to have two of the greatest amateur boxers in history in the pros at the same time fighting only a few lbs apart.

Loma brings Rigos level of skill but with a more offensive style. A match-up between the two would be an epic.

Lomachenko, however is only 25, and likely to be with us for many years to come. His more aggressive style (assuming he adapts well to the pros) may also make him more fan friendly - Rigo seems to have been somewhat (unfaily IMO) underused by HBO due to his more defensive technique.

                  his hands are friggin tiny.

i used to think he was a bigger guy than he was. it's hard to turn a foreign guy so small into a star in america. he's got to be mexican, or a knockout puncher, or a real personality / character.

i wish lomo all the best. dude has a real amateur pedigree, and a ton of talent.

Lomachenko is going to rip through the featherweight and superfeatherweight divisions. He is the real deal.
