Former world champion Humberto Soto is going to return on September 28th against Ali Chebah at Centennial Stadium in Los Mochis, Sinaloa. Soto (61-8-2, 35 KO's) and Chebah (35-2, 28 KO's) will have the WBC's International Silver junior welterweight title at stake. This will be Soto's third fight of the year and his fourth since being knocked out by Lucas Matthysse last year. Antonio Lozada Jr. will also appear on the same card. Chebah has not fought since September 2011, when he suffered a twelve round decision loss to Olusegun Ajose.
