This is suspicious to say the least, why would education of what to and not to take, be necessary post-sample collections?!?!?!?

Refusing to test can be used to save a fight, if something shows up in the test.

Sounds pretty odd. Both fighters agreed and they already tested both of them and THEN they decide to trash the test results because they didn't "teach" the fighters what not to take? Sounds fishy to me. Golden Boy in someones pocket maybe? Let's see the outcome.
