The fight between Luan Krasniqi and NABF Champion Johnathon Banks will not be rescheduled at the moment. Originally, the bout was supposed to happen on February 26, at the Arena Ludwigsburg but had to be cancelled due to a virus infection Krasniqi caught in the final days of his training camp. The tickets for the fight night were already sold out.

krasniqi was a good fighter & has a large following in germany so this is a nice payday gone out the door for banks.i hope he ends up fighting someone better but i see the opportunity to fight krasniqi in a soldout venue in germany is a tough one to pass up.banks has alot to prove in the HW division.adamek & haye moved up & have had success & made some money while banks has looked lackluster as a heavyweight.he holds the NABF so he will have to fight one of his top challengers....tye fields & neven pajkic are top 5 ranked in the NABF rankings.like to see either of them(because im canadian)but any decent heavyweight would be nice....banks needs to step up.he's got wins over zeller,travis walker,saul montana & a draw with jason gavern...not exactly fighting the elite but he owns the NABF title which puts him in line for a possible title shot or eliminator.
