the other top guys at 122:steve,poon,Nishioka all have fights lined up in the mext 2 months so its perfect timing. plus steve called out jr earlier this year for beating his boy sonsona, and he wants so called revenge, molitor will get served also.

What the eff is up with Hernandez getting yet another title shot? He just got KO'd in three by Nishioka in a title shot less than a year ago. He was starched by Vasquez in four rounds in a title shot before that. He hasn't beaten a legitimate opponent in four years. I know Jr. is looking for an easy defense, but this is truly horrible. Hernandez has no business even sniffing a title fight at this point.

actually this is a good fight for vazquez, hernandez is an experienced fighter, not everybody gets a chance like him at yet another championship fight,so i'm sure he'll be ready,i think hernandez has been hit a lot lately but it should be a good test for vazquez

So at least you admit this is a cherry pick on Vasquez's part. Right?

Might agree with you if Hernandez had shown any ability to actually take the punch of a legit junior featherweight, but he hasn't. All his good experience was at super flyweight. Experience doesn't mean crap if you're an easy KO waiting to happen. Doubt Hernandez will teach Vasquez much in the round or two this one lasts
