Well, its not his fault. PR Best Boxing has done a ****ty job promoting him, along with promoting Ivan Calderon. They are now in love with their new toy(Th Arroyo Twins), and they dont pay attention to this guys. Rocky also called out Soto and Guerrero but they moved up in weight.

After this PR Best Boxing should get Rocky a fight with Mzonke Fana wich would be for the Ring title and all the marbles at 130!!

good to see rocky back n he can clean out the division this kid was skinny as hell with alot of power hes not scared to go to ppl back yard n knock them out but hes been out for a while so this would be a good warm up n 1 more then a step up or he can fight solis
