Recently, former two division champion Tomasz "Góral" Adamek (39-1) had sparring sessions with Deric Rossy (22-2) and Israel Carlos Garcia (19-3) to prepare for the February bout with Jason Estrada. Adamek' trainer set it up where from the beginning his fighter starts at a very quick pace. During the sparring sessions, "Góral" had to repel furious attacks the Rossy. There are not many stories out there for what I see....lol...Adamek is very entertaining and I like to see him fight but its too soon to tell how well he will do at HW.
