Aj has done exactly what he should do after the defeats by staying busy, something that has been lacking throughout his career but they are all guilty of that.
I don't give Aj credit for the opposition he's been facing, Franklin he got booed at home in a half empty arena, Helenius, yet another shot 38 plus, Wallin famous for Fury getting cut with absolutely no power & a ufc amateur.
This is not the build up to a title shot just Eddie & Ajs entitlement, Hrgovic ibf & Parker wbo are ahead of Aj in the mandatory rotation, get in line & for once fight a contender, either of those 2 or even Sanchez who's being poorly managed & promoted.

The Saudi money, who know's what will happen. I still think Fury's leg's might be gone so Usyk will box him all night. That's the best hope of Fury Aj happening, Fury looses & makes this a Brooke Khan equivalent cash out fight.

AJ is unbeatable when hes not fighting someone who can beat him

How about AJ starting fighting true threats first. Hrgovic would be a good start.

He beat 4 guys since losses to Usyk and only 1 of them was a legit contender.

AJ is boring and is irritating more than ever - for all the talk, hype and claims around him, when was the last time he beat a dangerous top opponent? The last one he faced he lost twice to him. One can say Ruiz, Pulev and Wallin, but Ruiz was not a top before beating AJ and is not after he lost to him, Pulev was old and post-COVID, so we are left with Otto who is questionable for many and also well-known in the ring for AJ. And that's it for the last five years. So instead of Eddie S*um thinking about how to stage a potential interim bout if Fury wins, he better find a prime and capable opponent for AJ.

His "great" comeback included promises for frequent fighting, but it was only a cheap shine. Now he is out of options to fight more bums and he will have one fight at most until the end of 2024, so it better be Hrgovic, Dubois, the winner of Kabayel-Sanchez, Joyce or Zhang even - despite their weaknesses, they all can punch and take punches, something AJ fears it seems.

Do you see how they lay a path to avoid a potential Fury fight - Eddie wants the fight if Fury wins but if he loses, AJ will have the perfect excuse, just as it happened with Wilder.

He won’t beat Usyk nor wil Oleksander even entertain the idea of fighting him a third time. And Fury will most likely have fifteen excuses to delay the fight, so… Go fight someone with a pulse. Give Parker a rematch; he’s earned it. Or derail the Hrgovic hype train. But he won’t. Tired of fighters smoke screening their way to big fights they haven’t earned.

Hrgovic has only beaten one decent fighter. Are we going to now build him up like people did with Wallin?

I do think AJ should fight him next though.

Why are you coming up with this "he only beat 1 man" every time over and over again?

That is not the point. The point is, Hrgovic is a legit contender. IBF mandatory. For sure more legit guy that Ngannou, Franklin, Helenius.

This, or Joshua can fight Parker next, or Wilder -Zhang winner or Sanchez - Kabayel winner. Just fight a contender, please?

                  I expect too much?
