"Star"?
There's only like four "stars" in all of boxing, really. Hell, everyone I ask has no idea who Devin Haney is, and he's far more accomplish than this guy.
"Contender", maybe. "Prospect", ok. "star"? Who are you trying to convince..?
Pacheco is potentially very good but still between prospect and genuine contender, you can tell he prefers to box but also carries a lot of power. But he still needs to work on neutralising fighters who get on the inside against him, and I'm not sure how many southpaws he's faced in his career.
The problem with 168 is that all the belts are tied up and fighters are unlikely to take risks unless there's a title on the line, or they get an offer that's too good to turn down.
