At first it was on, then it was off but now it has been confirmed that tonight's fight between Ishmael Davis and Troy Williamson will go ahead. Early this morning it looked like the fight had been cancelled after Williamson missed weight by a massive 4.2lbs but - after a fraught 24 hours - the pair will still meet on the undercard of the super lightweight showdown between British 140lb champion, Dalton Smith, and three-time world title challenger Jose Zepeda. The fight was originally scheduled as a final eliminator for the British super welterweight title but was thrown into doubt when Williamson weighed in at 158.2lbs at yesterday's weigh in. Davis held up his part of the bargain and tipped the scales at 153.8lbs.
