With an average of 12.9 million viewers per episode across all platforms, it was the highest-rated season of the critically acclaimed franchise, which launched to much fanfare in 2014.

Where do people get off on these blatant lies? As per IMDB, final episodes...

S1: 9.5/10
S2: 8.0/10
S3: 8.0/10
S4: 5.4/10 (highest rated according to this author)

And to be fair seasons 2 and 3 were total ass, not deserving of 8/10 at all, so the 5.4/10 for her season is probably 2 points too high as well.

I thought this season was pretty bad.

Season 1 is one of my favourite seasons in general out of all shows I've watched.

For me, it never lived up to it after that.
