He's not really "jumping to 68", he's been there before and accounted himself well enough and it's apparent his days are numbered at 60 and have been for awhile.
His lack of power at 68 is an issue for him but it'll be better for his career to not linger in a division your drained at just because reasons?
He clearly has no ambition and is just chasing the bag at this point.

Hearn has no morals. He’s claiming that eubank is running scared from Benn, meanwhile the fight was signed and done, but benn was so intimidated that he felt the need to juice up. Hearn takes fans for idiots. I can see why though, seeing how he’s been able to pull the wool over so many British fans for years with his hype job boxers.
