Willy Pep didn’t have much power either, but he turned out pretty good huh?

If you like the sweet science then Cruz fights are your thing

Cruz won’t be knocking fighters out, but will completely dominate them with skill

135 is by far one of the best divisions in boxing

135 is maybe 2nd or 3rd best division in sport, but 140 is where it’s at. All these guys will be at 140 in 1/2 years

Cruz is no way near Loma's level. Hearn should get him a championship fight next, like Bob did whith Loma.

He lacks it because he throws punches like Amature style. Just trying to land punches to make points. He needs to learn how to throw punches to hurt his opponents. He is too much on his toes and not cemting his feet.

Hearn doesn't have that type of pull with the sanctioning bodies

I don't think they believe he is ready either.

I was going to say, he's still got too much amateur style in his game. 5 fights down the line though, who knows what we'll see.

Cruz may have beaten a fighter like Salido in his second or third pro fight. He looks very good.
