Miller should move his training camp from White Castle to an actual gym. I would like to see him come in 100 lbs lighter and get down to 233 lbs. He should move to Vegas, start running, sparring and get in really good shape. I bet if his trainers put a pack of White Castles behind a truck he would easily do 10 mile runs on the regular basis.
