  • Comments Thread For: Malik Scott: Ngannou Doesn't Punch Harder Than Deontay Wilder; He's Not Proven Like That Yet

By Keith Idec - Malik Scott recognizes that Francis Ngannou can punch. Deontay Wilder's trainer finds it hard to believe, however, that the former UFC heavyweight champion can hit harder while wearing 10-ounce gloves than the most pulverizing puncher of this era. Scott pointed to Wilder's track record while discussing Ngannou's power during an interview with BoxingScene.com.

Ngannou has 12 KOs in 20 fights with mma gloves. In boxing he would struggle to hurt David Price. Fuey gonna make him squeal in 6 rounds which means nothing as Ngannou can’t box.

        There’s nothing to see.

He probably spoke in an interview and boxing scene wrote it out poorly as they often do.

Does Mailk Scott own a piece of Boxing Scene? Everyday there is another article "Malik Scott says.." Like he's Emanuel Steward, WTF??

Americans being charged 80 dollars for this crap is the real joke.

All this talk of power is giving me flashbacks to Thor VS Eddie Hall . A fight dominated by the guy with 20 minutes more boxing experience.

To put this in perspective, David Price had proven concussive power, Won an Olympic Bronze and had 32 pro fights.....

Got beat up and stopped in 4 rounds by Chisora who Fury beat up 50 times.
