  • Comments Thread For: Isaac Cruz Promises To Impress Against Cabrera To Get Gervonta Davis Rematch

Isaac Cruz has previously had the propensity to step up and take advantage of the big stage he's been presented with. Cruz's stardom originally catapulted after dropping a competitive and close decision to Gervonta Davis in 2021 as a replacement opponent while headlining a pay-per-view show.

A lot of talent at 135, this guy should have to beat one of the other contenders to get a rematch. Especially because he couldn't get it done against broken hand Tank he's unlikely to do better against 2 good hands Tank.

It would have been better for Cruz and Zepeda to fight on the Spence -Crawford undercard because of name value, and also because they both ducked Shakur.

He could have fought Shakur for the WBC mandatory shot to prove he was the best at 135. I don't want to see him get a fight with Tank. Tank should fight Haney for the Undisputed Crown.

I agree but I would rather see Tank fight Shakur Stevenson NEXT! Devin should learn from Teofimo Lopez, and Vergil Ortiz Jr, that at some point that weight draining will catch up to you!!!

Tank is calling for Shakur, Devin, and Loma. Shakur is the only one that has stated he is willing, but Stevenson is focused on Devin because of the belts and because he's the mandatory. Where have you been, its in every media outlet and all over YouTube? . Judging from the Devin and Loma that we just got in June, Tank easily knocks out both of them. Shakur would be a good fight until he gets hit with something big, and then it's nap time.

sure, so when? Tank is the current king of would've, could've and will sometime in the future. all these great fights that mysteriously never happen.

You can hate all you want, but it takes two to fight. Everyone in the division knows that its big money and exposure if they get a Tank fight, but all of a sudden, all of the calling out Tank has gone quiet. Could it be that now that he's actually calling for THEM that the bluffing has stopped? The thought of getting embarrassed by getting punched into unconsciousness became too much of a reality, now, all is quiet, until he gets home and starts to roar at them again.
