Just think: for all the hate Floyd gets on NSB, he's likely the main reason this kid was able to get noticed enough for this chance.

this kid is one of the greatest kickboxers of all time with 44 fights and 44 wins and also undefeated in mma not to mention a massive superstar in japan, so you are wrong. no one cares about floyd anymore, he can continue fighting youtubers and reality stars.

Tenshin was already a pretty major star in Japan before the Floyd stuff.

Tenshin looked good he just needs to make that full transition from the kickboxing stance to boxing stance because he was squaring up a bit, but other than that he put his punches together nicely and it was an entertaining fight.

You could tell the announcers had no clue about things. They said his opponent had a huge edge in experience. Really? Kid has 48 professional fights. That was a very good debut. He got to show off a lot of skills, and even showboat some, although he wasn't able to get the finish this time. I have no doubt he'll be a world champion at some point, likely pretty fast, although if he has to go through the winner of Fulton v Inoue, that's a ridiculous step up in competition. With his skill and experience, they're going to move him fast though.

You don't get to jump to boxing if nobody knows who you are OUTSIDE of your home country.

That's Floyd who helped do that.

Nobody here knew who he was until Floyd fought him.

You can deny the truth all you care to.

Don't think he fight Inoue by the time he be ready to fight ranked opposition, 1-2 years give or take.

122 is stacked though with Takei, Castro, Fulton, Tapales, Akhmadaliev, Nery, Azat, Aleem and Casimero.

If he decides to move up then featherweight is even more stacked with Gonzalez, Villa, Dogboe, Vargas, Ramirez, Lara, Lopez, Wood, Conlan, Warrington, Magsayo, Ford, Magdaleno, and Figueroa.

Tenshin is going to be a great boxer. I watched that fight earlier today, and the kid has incredible hand speed and is highly aggressive. He's also a showman. He's got "big box office" written all over him. He's going to be a champion soon, I'm sure.
