                He's acting like it made a difference if he knew. The test was after the fight. And even though Khan confirmed retirement few months later he all ready said after the fight he wasn't going to fight again

                  At which point khan knew about the test failure and was already trying to minimise the damage IE no licence to be revoked etc!

                  This is a shocking state of affairs and the testing contracts need amended to enable the relevant licencing authorities to informed in the event of a test failure.
